How do I find a team?

If you already have three players and a venue then it’s easy, simply call Graham Jones on 02920 614 145 and give him your details.  If you do not have a venue, call Graham and register your interest and he might be able to put you in touch with a club who might be able to provide you with a venue, or alternatively, arrange for you to play your home matches at the Welsh Institute of Sport.  It will be difficult to accept new teams in the League after some league matches have already been played.

If you are on your own, then you have a number of options.  You can visit the Welsh Institute of Sport on a Thursday or Friday evening and ask the players there if they know of any teams wanting additional players.  Alternatively, you could come along to the Community Club on Friday evenings for practice and with others form a team of two players to compete in the Friday evening team competition.

There is also a League that plays all of its matches on Sunday evenings.  It will be possible to join that league at various times during the October to March season.  Please contact neil_wright5@msn.com for information about that “South Wales Conference League.
